When talking about improving sexual desire, testosterone levels, erectile functioning, and male fertility, tongkat ali and fadogia agrestis is one of the first combination of herbs people go for. Tongkat ali is a plant-based supplement derived from a plant found in South East Asia, generally.
The plant is commonly known as Eurycoma longifolia, or longjack. Another plant, Fadogia Agrestis, is starting to get a bit of traction now in the realm of mens health. Fadogia Agrestis is a Nigerian native shrub that is claimed to have similar effects and purposes to that of the Tongkat Ali, viz., increased testosterone levels and stamina.

Ideal Dosage for Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis
Tongkat ali can be taken anywhere from 300mg to 1,200 mg a day. I personally prefer around 500mg per day and have experienced great results from this amount. Although due to it’s low toxicity you can definitely up this dosage. The double wood supplements tongkat ali, which I take, has a serving size set at two capsules totaling 1,000mg. So I simply take one capsule per day.
The ideal dosage for Fadogia Agrestis is around 300mg per day, according to Dr. Kyle Gillett. He recommends his patients take 600mg 3 times per week. I personally take 300mg per day and this has worked great for me.
