Are Cordyceps Good for your adrenal glands?

As an adaptogen, cordyceps has been shown to exert significant effects on adrenal function, which is particularly useful for those dealing with high levels of stress. As a well-respected staple of Chinese medicine, cordyceps has been used for centuries due to its profoundly restorative effects.

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practitioners also recommended the regular use of Cordyceps for strengthening the body. This powerful little mushroom is an adaptogen, which may support your adrenal glands, and is used in TCM to promote kidney health.
