Most supplements provide either 500mg or 1000mg (1g) capsules. If your budget allows, you can easily achieve 4 grams per day. Cordyceps powders can be an even easier way to consume 4 grams per day if you want to throw the powder into a smoothie.

But realistically, even consuming 2 grams per day (2,000mg) may be a happy middle-ground so that you are able to experience the benefits of cordyceps without breaking the bank.

You can take the cordyceps militaris capsules at any time of the day, with or without food.
