The short and simple answer is no, reishi mushroom does not have caffeine. 

Reishi has actually been used for thousands of years in tea’s to help aid in improving quality of sleep. It can be a great supplement or tea to consume right before bed, and has even been shown to prolong sleep time and quality. Although definitely feel free to take reishi during any time of day, as it by no means will make you feel drowsy. As an adaptogen it helps promote a sense of wellbeing, calm, and balanced feeling.
