Lion’s mane mushroom is inexpensive. It can be found in capsule or powdered form from anywhere between $20 for 100 capsules or $30 for 60g of bulk powder. Brands that sell lion’s mane differ in price based on quantity and quality of the lion’s mane product they produce. The lion’s mane is a weird-looking fungus with long, white spines. It resembles a little mop, clump of hair, or tiny white hedgehog.

Lion’s mane has a variety of applications beyond being edible, including medicinal ones.

The price of lion’s mane varies enormously depending on the method and quality used. When fresh, it sells for around $10 per pound; however, dried and powdered as a supplement, it may fetch many times more.

How much does lion’s mane mushroom cost?

It’s reasonably priced depending on the brand and quality you decide to purchase. Higher quality, organic, capsule and powder supplements cost around $40-$70. And there are other non-organic supplements that you can get for just $20.

There are quite a few different types of lion’s mane mushroom out there on the market today. Typically you’ll be able to find fresh lion’s mane for around $8-$36 pound. But this depends on whether you’re getting it from a store, a farmers market, whether it’s organic, etc.

The answer really depends on what you’re looking for. If you want fresh mushrooms, expect to pay more than $8 per pound.
